Qualifications

• 5+ years or equivalent experience in the catering or convention industry in a resort environment.
• Ability to empower and lead a team.
• Availability of a schedule that includes weekends, variable shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan the event from both a logistical and gastronomic perspective.
• Manage tournament staffing and catering during the event.
• Guide Cast Members through the operational performance of the event.
