Job summary

Culinesse LLC is seeking a Catering and Events Coordinator to plan, direct and coordinate high-volume catered events in a fast-paced environment. You will develop menus with clients, schedule staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have event management experience and strong customer service.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate multiple tasks in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with report management.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and coordinate catering events from concept to execution.
• Plan events, create floor plans, and schedule staff and equipment.
• Communicate client needs to culinary and operations teams.
• Ensure on-site procedures and standards are followed by event staff.
• Manage payments, deposits, and post-event closeouts.
