You will write detailed orders, set pricing, invoice clients, and oversee standard catering practices while maintaining high levels of service and profitability. This full-time role supports weddings, corporate events, and store promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate across departments including kitchen, bakery, and deli.
• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Develop contracts for exclusive Hy-Vee catering events and manage pricing/invoicing.
• Organize store shows and bridal/holiday events and coordinate with the events team.
• Ensure food safety, proper temperatures, and storage; supervise staff as needed.
• Attend department manager meetings and help ensure competitive pricing.
