Hy-Vee in Ames, IA is seeking a Catering Coordinator to manage the full catering experience from initial consultation to event execution. You will meet with customers, write detailed orders, coordinate with kitchen, bakery and deli, and ensure every event goes smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong customer service, communication and pricing/invoicing skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
