Qualifications

• Ability to manage pricing, invoicing, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate across kitchen, bakery, and deli departments.
• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, professionalism, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain standard catering practices and conduct quality checks for multi-event catering.
• Organize store shows and events such as bridal and holiday shows; coordinate displays.
• Assist with rental considerations and equipment recommendations with Store Director approval.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures to guarantee freshness and control shrink.
• Attend department manager meetings and support competitive pricing in the market area.
