Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and peak-season days.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms and banquets.
• Negotiate contracts, propose menus, and coordinate room setups.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Generate new business through outreach and past client follow-ups.
• Lead pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications for service excellence.
• Monitor budgets and revenue opportunities to grow catering revenue.
