Job summary

BENCHMARK in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to direct and grow banquet and catering revenue. You will supervise the support staff, train teams, and develop strategies to win corporate and social events, including site inspections and tastings.

You will manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships while coordinating with F&B and hotel staff to execute events flawlessly. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Experience in hotel sales or catering is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
