Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role directs, coordinates, and develops the banquet and catering teams while growing existing accounts and securing new business to maximize hotel revenue.

The candidate will analyze market trends, create sales plans, and collaborate with F&B and hotel staff to deliver exceptional catered events. Travel and industry networking are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Post high school education required; or 1–2 years related experience in hotel sales or related field; or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete knowledge of banquet service standards and ensure adherence by the Banquet team to achieve sales and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain market awareness to predict revenue opportunities and set proactive strategies.
• Establish individual sales plans and goals for corporate and social catering.
• Monitor and analyze top accounts, solicit and book business, and track market trends.
• Coordinate with F&B and hotel staff to ensure proper execution of catered events.
• Lead pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups.
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space for groups.
