Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Catering & Service Coordinator to support sales and marketing of catering services, F&B offerings, and banquet facilities. You will interact with clients to maximize revenue from catering and meeting room rentals, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure flawless service delivery.

The role emphasizes preparing proposals, contracts, and BEOs, while supporting revenue goals and client retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality-related work experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related computer programs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders and banquet checks.
• Support hotel management to achieve revenue goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Develop new accounts and retain existing clients while upholding high quality standards.
• Coordinate with hotel and Food & Beverage to ensure event delivery and smooth execution.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and team members to support satisfaction and repeat business.
