Job summary

Keswick Hall is seeking a Catering Sales & Events Coordinator to bridge sales and operations, ensuring seamless communication and exemplary service for group events. The role collaborates with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurant teams to execute plans that drive revenue.

The successful candidate will manage BEOs, resumes, and event collateral, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotels or food & beverage.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BEOs, resumes, and event collateral with sales and operations.
• Maintain up-to-date BEO board and change logs for events.
• Assist in creating signage, menus, and collateral for events.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for Keswick Club and internal events.
• Support group bookings and drive revenue through large-party events.
