Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Catering Coordinator to provide operational support across the Toledo venues, including planning and executing catering for internal and private events. You will create BEOs, handle event orders, and work closely with the Director of Catering to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary teams, scheduling staff, and acting as manager on duty during events, with occasional evenings and weekend work necessary for ticketed functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality coordinator role.
• Experience creating BEOs and event orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, detail and execute catering requests for internal and external events.
• Communicate with Premium clients via email and phone to fulfill requests.
• Create event orders, floor plans and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with culinary team on menu options and costs.
• Assist with staff scheduling for premium level events.
• Act as manager on duty during ticketed and catered events.
• Prepare event sheets and provide documentation for invoicing.
