Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge is seeking an Event Sales professional to drive and service events for in-house groups and external clients. The role emphasizes Banquet Food and Beverage, menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services, while coordinating pre- and post-event communications with hotel staff.

You will participate in site inspections, nurture client relationships, and work closely with the sales and catering teams to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years hotel sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel industry tools.
• Ability to design menus and events in collaboration with culinary.
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell and service events for in-house groups and outside clients.
• Focus on Banquet Food and Beverage, including menu planning and agenda setting.
• Review contracts and coordinate pre-, during, and post-event communication.
• Contribute to site inspections and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and catering staff to ensure high service levels.
