Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs, write detailed orders, and coordinate across departments.
• Coordinate across kitchen, bakery, and deli to fulfill orders.
• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, professionalism, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain standard catering practices and conduct quality checks for multi-event catering.
• Organize store shows and events, set up displays, and coordinate with the events coordinator for annual events.
• Consult with customers on rental equipment and purchases with Store Director approval.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures to guarantee product freshness and control shrink.
• Attend department manager meetings and ensure competitive pricing in the market area.
