Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Deliver catering orders to customers promptly and accurately.
• Collect payments and return change to the store when applicable.
• Handle delivery items from departments according to invoices and deliver them appropriately.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation, including temperature logs and freshness checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with special projects as needed.
• Train new employees on coordinating and executing events.
• Assist with maintaining delivery vehicles and answering customer inquiries over the phone.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
