Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bakery, deli and other departments.
• Set department standards for service, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Develop contracts and pricing for catering events.
• Manage invoicing and bookkeeping procedures for the department.
• Organize store shows and bridal/holiday events and displays.
• Ensure proper storage, temperatures, and product freshness.
• Train and coordinate department staff in absence of manager.
• Attend manager meetings and monitor competitive pricing.
