Job summary

Outbound Park City is seeking an exceptional Catering Sales Manager to lead our catering and event revenue for our highly anticipated early 2027 Grand Opening. You will be the connective thread between clients' moments and the Outbound Park City team as you sell, plan, and execute large-scale events in a iconic mountain town.

With a 5,100 square foot ballroom and premium spaces, you will guide site tours, layout mapping, and polished presentations, forging lasting partnerships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate business, secure large corporate groups and upscale social bookings.
• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
• Proficient with CRM systems and hotel sales software.

Responsibilities

• Drive catering and event revenue by building strategic relationships and booking large corporate and social events.
• Cultivate partnerships with corporate clients and planners to create repeat clientele.
• Lead venue tours, space layout mapping, and polished presentations for clients.
• Negotiate and close high-volume business while maximizing profit and commissions.
• Oversee end-to-end client journey from contract to menu curation and execution.
