Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of similar or related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate across kitchen, bakery, and deli to fulfill orders.
• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain standard catering practices and conduct quality checks.
• Organize store shows and events and coordinate with events coordinator.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures for product freshness.
• Attend department meetings and ensure competitive pricing in the market area.
