Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required; insurable by the employer.
• Tennessee ABC Server Permit required within 90 days of hire.
• ServSafe Food Handler Training required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and schedule functions related to own area under supervision.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in dining or cafeteria settings.
• Maintain equipment inventory; assist in ordering replacement items/stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of own work areas.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance per regulatory standards.
• Manage app ordering software, verify menus, assemble orders, and deliver to remote locations.
• Limited bartending during campus events as required.
• Deliver banquet supplies and remote orders using campus vehicles.
• Update catering charges reflecting provided services.
• Develop catering standards of service with Catering Manager and Set-up team.
• Deliver patient meal trays following Patient Services procedures.
• Perform other duties to meet department goals.
