Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is hiring for a campus catering role focused on delivering and setting up catered foods to the highest standards. You will ensure timely deliveries, arrange meals attractively, and maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols.

The role requires at least 1 year in catering/events, knowledge of standard presentation techniques, and certification such as SERV Safe or Food Handler. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize, deliver, and set up catered foods and other foodstuffs on time with decorations and utensils.
• Read and organize delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Safely use standard catering equipment (knives, carts, chafing dishes, sterno, lift gates, risers).
• Implement standard catering presentation techniques and quality control.
• Maintain HACCP program requirements.
• Follow safety rules and prevent accidents.
• Support client company service values and ethics.
• Assist other catering staff during emergencies or rush periods.
• Accept feedback and stay calm under pressure.
