Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including food and beverage for internal and client events.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain conference rooms and shared spaces throughout the day.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support operations and event needs.
• Manage room scheduling, visitor coordination, and front-of-house activities.
• Monitor office and kitchen inventories, maintaining stock and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support administrative tasks including expense processing, budget tracking, and reporting.
