Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in food service, catering, hospitality, or event operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting catering events, banquet operations, or high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and business applications.
• Experience with hospitality/event platforms such as Reserve, Cvent, Salesforce, CaterTrax, Momentus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, confirm, and distribute accurate BEOs, event packets, run sheets.
• Coordinate BEO updates and communicate changes to clients and partners.
• Support inbound catering leads and assign to Catering Manager.
• Assist with client invoicing and payment verification.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings and document updates and actions.
• Coordinate weekly event packets for culinary/ops teams.
• Manage event-related orders, pastry, kosher meals, rentals, staffing.
• Support catering administration across Mobius, GEMS, Momentus, and systems.
• Coordinate temporary staffing; manage registrations, badges, timekeeping.
• Prepare signage, staffing documents, and materials for events.
• Assist with liquor inventory and related invoicing processes.
• Attend client site visits and planning meetings as needed.
• Partner with managers, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent the Compass brand with professional hospitality.
