Job summary

Lettuce is seeking Catering Assistants to support the Catering Sales Manager in acquiring, maintaining and servicing catering customers at our Chicago locations. You’ll help coordinate events, handle catering orders, and ensure a first-rate guest experience.

You should be available for a variety of hours, including weekends, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and development are provided. Join a hospitality-driven team committed to care and quality across LEYE's 90 locations.

Qualifications

• Restaurant hospitality awareness.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Catering Sales Manager in organizing catering events and orders.
• Handle incoming catering calls and emails; route as needed.
• Greet guests and ensure excellent guest experience during events.
• Maintain files and materials related to catering proposals and contracts.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and complete required training.
