Lettuce-Entertain-You is hiring Catering Assistants to support the Catering Sales Manager in acquiring, maintaining and servicing catering customers. The role involves assisting with event organization, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring a high level of guest service.

You will work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, and must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist Catering Sales Manager in organizing special events and catering orders.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Stand and move during shifts, lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing catered events and coordinating with team members.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely information about services.
• Prepare and organize materials, collateral and catering proposals as required.
• Manage calls and emails related to catering inquiries and bookings.
• Support with delivery of exceptional guest experiences at events.
