Job summary

RPM Steak in Chicago is seeking Catering Assistants to support the Catering Sales Manager in acquiring, maintaining and servicing catering customers. You will assist with events, respond to calls and emails, and help prepare proposals and collateral for prospective clients.

Responsibilities include guest service, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. This is a guest-focused, team-oriented role with varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to work a variety of hours including weekends.
• Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Catering Sales Manager in organizing events and catering orders.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.
• Coordinate with team on catered events and proposals.
• Maintain files, supplies and sales materials for catering.
