Job summary

SSA Group is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to manage school group meals, birthday parties, and the coordination of events from the Catering & Events Sales Team. You will organize details, communicate with clients, and oversee all catering and event services to meet expectations.

Reporting to the Catering Sales Manager or Director of Catering & Events, you will collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution, space planning and post-event follow-up, while

Responsibilities

• Live out SSA hospitality by delivering warm, memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Handle all birthday inquiries.
• Upsell and detail the event with the client.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, diagrams and other internal documents.
• Provide thorough and timely communication with clients.
• Coordinate with Catering Operations, Culinary Team and other departments to ensure flawless events.
