Job summary

SSA Group is seeking an energetic Event Sales Associate to partner with the Catering Sales Team in delivering premium hospitality experiences. You will assist with daily duties, upsell events, prepare contracts and BEOs, and coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

A strong emphasis on client relationships and clear communication is required. Ideal candidates have event planning exposure, knowledge of BEOs, and the ability to work varied hours to support

Qualifications

• Event planning experience in off-site catering or cultural venues preferred.
• BEO knowledge and execution required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Assist Event Sales Coordinator with daily duties.
• Upsell and detail the event with the client.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, diagrams and internal documents.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly.
