This crucial role involves working closely with clients from initial consultation through to event completion, ensuring all catering aspects are managed flawlessly. You will be responsible for menu planning, coordinating with chefs and service staff, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. This hybrid role combines remote administrative duties and client communication with essential on-site presence for event supervision and client meetings within Upington and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
