Job summary

Fooda is seeking part-time Event Coordinators to support onsite events across markets in the U.S. The role involves setting up and tearing down event spaces, assisting customers, and occasionally serving as a backup cashier. You will gain experience with our technology, coordinate with local restaurants, and deliver excellent on-site service.

Hours are 10am–2pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility; expected weekly hours range from 5 to 25. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events background preferred.
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist Fooda events onsite, including setup and teardown, cleaning equipment, and ensuring quality customer experience.
• Serve as backup cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Handle driver responsibilities and deliver equipment/food to sites.
• Learn Fooda technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or miscommunications.
• Troubleshoot POS systems and onsite technology.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues.
• Support audits of restaurant event setup for consistency.
