Eurest in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Director of Catering to lead catering and events, manage a team, and build client relationships while ensuring top‑quality offerings for guests.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts and at least five years in hospitality, including two in management; experience with menu costing, pricing contracts, and staff development is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry including 2 years in management.
• Experience booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts and resourcing temporary help/equipment.
• Ability to supervise food preparation, service and cleanup.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and oversees internal and external catering events.
• Develops and maintains the catering marketing plan including event planning and menu development.
• Hires, trains, and schedules catering staff and develops in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies and procedures.
• Ensures successful operations of catering functions including labor and foods cost control, transportation, setup, operation and cleanup.
