Eurest USA, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Catering in Milwaukee to lead catering operations and events, manage a team, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee menu development, staffing, and service quality to deliver top-tier on-site catering in corporate settings.

The role emphasizes cost control, program development, and hands-on leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences across events and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality including 2 years in management (preferably Catering Management)
• Booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience
• supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup is essential

Job Summary

Working as a Catering Director, you have the responsibility for Catering and Events. You will manage a team of staff, build client relations, along with ensuring the catering offered to our guests is of outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup is also essential
