Eurest USA is hiring a full-time Lead Catering Cook for Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee, WI. Location: 100 East Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee. Schedule: Monday–Friday; some evenings and rare weekends for events. Pay range: $23.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume catering setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperatures, and attractive presentation.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high cleanliness standards, and stores or discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, stores food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as directed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues or faulty equipment to supervisor promptly.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs duties safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
