Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Milwaukee seeks a Premium Manager to run in-house catering facilities and daily catering operations. You will coordinate with catering sales and culinary teams and oversee equipment maintenance and inventory to deliver exceptional events.

We require 2+ years in a food and beverage operations role, a bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred, and strong computer and people skills. This role offers growth within a leading hospitality company and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure catering services exceed guest expectations.
• Present Levy catering services to guests in a profitable manner.
• Communicate client needs clearly to ensure service delivery.
• Develop location-specific food and wine knowledge.
• Secure client food and beverage selections ahead of events.
• Oversee staff performance and hearted hospitality quality.
• Maintain show quality standards across operations.
• Build strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Lead daily reporting and month-end closings.
• Support and uphold Levy initiatives.
