Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver in Florence, KY to deliver catering orders and concierge items, maintain vehicles, and uphold high levels of customer service. You will use Shipday for all order logistics, ensure safety, and support kitchen tasks when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, a strong driving record, and ability to pass FAA security clearance. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and travel within service areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must maintain a sense of urgency and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• Must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass FAA on-ramp security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure cleanliness; service equipment as needed.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and delivery documentation.
• Assist customers on-site and relay feedback to management.
• Cross-train to support kitchen duties during slow periods.
• Adhere to company safety, cost, and customer-satisfaction procedures.
