Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, ensure quality and completeness, label correctly, manage delivery timing.
• Directly serve Air Culinaire customers and gather feedback on products and services.
• On-site problem solving following company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• May include picking up supplies and routine vehicle cleaning/maintenance.
• Assist in the Kitchen during busy times.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights.
