Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Driver to deliver catering orders and concierge items in a timely, safe manner at the Carlstadt location. You will use Shipday for all logistics, ensuring delivery photos and recipient names are captured.

The role includes on-site customer service, feedback collection, and occasional kitchen prep when needed. Requirements include a High School diploma, strong verbal and written communications, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
• The individual must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency at all times and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and delivery documentation.
• Serve ACW customers on-site and relay feedback to the GM.
• Maintain and clean the assigned vehicle, and perform basic maintenance.
• Meet weekly with the GM to review ACW standards and procedures.
• Adhere to safety rules and company procedures when delivering.
