The driver will use Shipday for order logistics, stay up-to-date on safety and quality procedures, and support kitchen operations when needed. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and cleanliness; ensure Shipday usage for all orders.
• Assist with on-site customer service and gather feedback for GM.
