Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide seeks an on-site Driver to deliver catering orders and concierge items across ACW locations. You will use Shipday for logistics, capture delivery proof, and verify recipient details while maintaining safety and high service standards.

You will also help keep vehicles clean, maintain equipment like Geotab devices, and assist with occasional kitchen prep when business is slow. A strong driving record and FAA clearance are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
• Must possess a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
• Must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass FAA on-ramp security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics and deliveries, including delivery photo at delivery and recipient name.
• Provide on-site customer service and relay feedback to the General Manager.
• Act as an on-site problem solver to satisfy customers, safety, and cost procedures.
• Maintain and clean company vehicles, ensure Geotab Device and Key FOB work, and refuel before final run.
• Assist with occasional kitchen prep or stocking as needed.
