Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC seeks a full-time Delivery Driver in SeaTac, WA. You will deliver catering orders, assist with kitchen prep, and maintain vehicle readiness while providing outstanding customer service at client locations.

Responsibilities include safe driving, timely deliveries, use of Shipday for order logistics, and reporting back to the GM. A high school diploma and excellent driving record are required, with FAA clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior face-to-face customer service in aviation, food services, or hospitality is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and focus.
• Must have an excellent driving record and FAA on-ramp security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time using Shipday for logistics and delivery proof.
• Maintain vehicles, wash and refuel as needed, and ensure Geotab Device and Key FOB function properly.
• Assist with kitchen prep and stocking, while upholding quality and food-safety standards.
• Follow company procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and cost control.
• Collaborate with GM and operations centers; participate in weekly reviews and on-site problem solving.
