Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Full-Time Driver in SeaTac, WA to deliver catering orders, maintain delivery vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service at airports and client locations. Under the General Manager’s supervision, you will use Shipday for order management, ensure on-time deliveries, perform light kitchen prep when needed, and contribute to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in aviation, food service, or hospitality customer service essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and promptly to ACW clients and locations.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics, including delivery confirmation and recipient name at delivery.
• Provide on-site customer service and relay feedback to the General Manager.
• Act as an on-site problem solver following company procedures for safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company vehicles, clean interiors/exteriors, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with light kitchen prep and stocking when business is slow or staffing is short.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety procedures and regulatory requirements during delivery.
