Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide in Boston, MA is hiring a Full-Time Driver to deliver catering orders, assist with kitchen prep, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness. You will use Shipday for order logistics and provide stellar customer service at client locations.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, prior delivery/customer service experience in aviation/food service, and strong verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience in the aviation, food services, or hospitality industry is essential.
• The individual must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency at all times and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and on time.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure Geotab device and Key FOB are functional.
• Provide excellent customer service at client locations.
• Follow Shipday for order logistics including delivery photos and recipient name.
• Assist with kitchen prep when business is slow or staffing is tight.
• Adhere to safety and company procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and cost control.
