Job summary

HUNGRY in Arlington, VA is seeking gig-based delivery drivers (1099 contractors) to pick up food, transport to client sites and complete deliveries Monday–Friday, 10am–12:30pm (2.5 hrs/day). Routes are approximately 2.5 hours each.

You need a valid driver’s license and insurance, reliable vehicle, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer-focus. Pay includes per-route rates with bonuses for more than three routes per week.

The Gig

• Days of Operations: Monday-Friday, 10am-12:30pm, 2.5hrs per day
• Designation: gig-based, 1099 contractors can accept or decline routes, each route is approximately 2.5 hrs
• Pay Example:
  • Driver who completes 5 routes Monday-Friday earns $400.00
  • Driver who completes 3 routes per week earns $250.00
  • Incentives: drivers who complete more than 3 routes per week are eligible for a $100.00 bonus!
  • Requires use of personal vehicle (seeking drivers with reliable vehicle, valid license, and auto insurance)
    • Pick up equipment at hub in Arlington, pick up food from vendor, transport to client site and complete designated delivery at drop-off point.

Requirements
