Job summary

HUNGRY in Denver is hiring gig drivers to support food events across the area. You will drive a personal vehicle, pick up materials, transport meals to client sites, and assist with setup and breakdown. The role emphasizes reliability, excellent communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor with guests.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and use of personal vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and guest-service oriented.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• Food service or events experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up equipment at hub in Denver, collect food from vendor, and transport to client site.
• Set up or drop off at event locations.
• Coordinate with HUNGRY team for smooth execution.
• Answer guests' food-related questions professionally.
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude and clear communication.
• Ensure all event elements are executed accurately.
• Manage scheduling and workload flexibly.

The Gig:

• Days of Operations: Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm
• Requires use of personal vehicle for most events (seeking drivers with vehicle, license, and auto insurance)
• Pick up equipment at hub in Denver, pick up food from vendor, transport to client site and complete designated set up or drop off.
• Strategically coordinate with other members of the HUNGRY team
• Operate efficiently with a customer-oriented mindset
• Professionally answer food-related questions and guide guests
• Effective communication to ensure that all elements of the event are executed
• High level attention to detail and outgoing personality
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance during events
• Ability to choose when and how much you work

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (use personal vehicle)
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
