Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Catering Culinary Supervisor at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The role suits an experienced Cook who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and is passionate about culinary excellence for guests.

Pay is $18.00–$24.00 per hour. This seasonal position includes benefits like weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. Candidates should have at least two years as a line cook with supervisory experience.

• Two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Help train new Cooks and Dishwashers.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
