Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 1 to 3 years of similar or related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Meet with customers to understand catering needs and write detailed orders.
• Coordinate across kitchen, bakery, and deli to fulfill events.
• Set and uphold standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain standard catering practices and quality checks.
• Organize store shows and events and coordinate with the events team.
