Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager to drive sales for social, wedding and corporate events in Sunny Isles. You will also service catering groups and handle administrative duties, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a full-service hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will bring experience with upscale hotels, strong organization, dependable teamwork and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar size hotel (200+ rooms) or upscale independent hotel.
• Proven ability to cultivate social, wedding and corporate markets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell about 60% of the time; develop social, wedding and corporate markets.
• Manage and service catering groups and handle administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, events and culinary teams to ensure client satisfaction.
