Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of catering sales experience in a hotel or resort.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in event management software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and menu planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
