Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations and event catering.

Responsibilities

• Determines workload from catering orders.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints.
• Demonstrates understanding of menu items.
• Instructs staff on expectations for catered functions.
• Helps staff set up rooms per specifications.
• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Returns serving equipment to the facility.
• Ensures proper presentation and temperatures; HACCP compliant.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and utensils.
• Ensures proper food preparation per recipes and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
