The role involves supervising staff, driving for deliveries, and maintaining HACCP standards; prior catering and supervisory experience is preferred, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. Schedule is event-based, including weekends/holidays, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Prior catering and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staff schedules and functions.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain required permits (food handler/alcohol) as required by law.
• Ability to drive a truck for delivering food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Determine workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Demonstrate understanding of menu items.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Set up rooms to desired specifications.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to locations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure sanitation, HACCP compliance, and proper temperatures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
