Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking an experienced Banquet/Convention Group Manager to oversee event planning from concept to execution. You will coordinate room blocks, VIPs, transportation, and outside vendors, ensuring alignment with venue capabilities for conferences and themed events.

The role requires strong communication with guests, staff, and management, plus the ability to manage multiple events and create detailed menus. Daily planning meetings and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Banquet Event Orders and oversee event planning.
• Coordinate room blocks, VIPs, Transportation and outside vendors.
• Understand room capabilities as they relate to conference facilities.
• Attend daily Catering meetings with Banquet and A/V departments.
• Create detailed menus for themed events.
• Supervise execution of events and liaise with Banquet Manager and staff.
