Job summary

Station Casinos in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Banquet/Event Manager to coordinate high-profile events from planning to execution. You will prepare BEOs, oversee room blocks, VIP arrangements, transportation, and vendor coordination while ensuring adherence to venue capabilities and standards.

You will attend daily catering meetings and craft themed menus, guiding the banquet team to flawless event execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate event details.
• Oversee event planning including room blocks, VIPs, transportation and group requests with external vendors.
• Know room capacities and how they relate to conference facilities.
• Attend daily Catering meetings with Banquet and A/V departments to review upcoming events.
• Create detailed menus tailored to themed events.
• Supervise execution of events and coordinate with Banquet Manager and support staff.
• Maintain open communication with all departments during event planning.
